The FAMI-QS code of practice provides requirements for implementing measures necessary to ensure feed safety and quality products and covers requirements on good manufacturing practices and on the HACCP programme.
With GMP+ FSA certification, companies demonstrate that they meet all the requirements and conditions necessary to ensure feed safety in accordance with current legislation. This certification sets out the requirements for a Feed Safety Management System (FSMS) that enables the company to supply safe feed-related products and services.
Non-GMO certification for: Feed premixes and complementary feeds that do not contain GMOs, based on the ‘Technical Specification for products that are not composed of, derived from, resulting from or containing genetically modified ingredients (STP-07 Rev. 09)’ In accordance with UNI/PdR 142:2023.
The QS Quality Scheme (Qualität und Sicherheit) for feed is a comprehensive German quality assurance standard that regulates animal feed production, trade, and transport from the farm level to the retail counter.
La Veterinaria guarantees a feed selection that can be used in organic farming, in compliance with European Union regulations (Reg. EC 848/2018 and subsequent amendments) for all operators in the organic sector.
